Returns

We hope you love your ORVEA jewellery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unworn and unused.
• Be in its original packaging.
• Include all original tags and accessories.
• Show no signs of damage caused by misuse.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Address

Our return address will be provided after your return request has been approved. Please do not return items to the shipping address shown on your parcel, as it may not be our designated returns facility.
